As the finishing touches are being put on our new roof, we are excited about so many upcoming events that will fill our juke joint with live music merriment without the worry of interior waterfalls.  This week is going to be incredible!

Wednesday, Sept 25 - SPECIAL EVENT that starts at 6pm!  An evening of musicians helping musicians... featuring Troy Jones, Bo and Lauren Spring, Brian Bowen and Cat Braaten.  Come on out and support singer/songwriter Charlie Black who has done so much for all of us, sharing his gift of music and song.  As many of you may know, Charlie is struggling with health issues and has had to cancel upcoming performances.  Bo Spring has taken the reigns to organize what will be a fantastic evening of live music to help us all raise a little support and awareness for Charlie.  While Bo will host the event, he brings along other fantastic songwriters to make the evening memorable, including his wife Lauren, Cat Braaten, Brian Bowen, and Troy Jones!  Troy's songs have been recorded by Alan Jackson, George Strait, Kenney Chesney, Billy Currington, The Oak Ridge Boys and many others.  He received a Grammy nomination for his song 'People are Crazy' which was Number One on the Billboard Chart.  It was also nominated for C.M.A. and A.C.M. song of the year.  Troy also had a Number One hit with 'Pretty Good at Drinking Beer'.  'Shift Work' went to Number Two for Kenny Chesney and George Strait.  The theme song of the movie Country Strong was Troy’s song 'Timing is Everything'.  This will be a great evening for a great guy, Charlie Black.  Please come support our friend Charlie Black, someone who has given so much of himself for all of us!

Thursday, Sept 26 - Sticky Too is back on the BS stage for a show from 6:30 - 9:30pm.  Tim and Jay are ready to put on another one of their signature performances that we have all come to love.  Fantastic vocal harmonies, complimentary guitar riffs and a mix of your favorite covers and their originals always makes for an evening to remember!

Friday, Sept 27 - Revival featuring female phenom Avis Berry and backed by an array of Tallahassee top talent hits Apalachicola for a show from 7-10pm.  Drawing from the rich traditions of old-fashioned rock 'n' roll, blues, and gospel, Revival's mission is to perform music that nourishes and rejuvenates the human soul, and that it does.  Their last performance stunned the audience from start to finish as their sound is so unique and captivating.  Get in early for a seat, because it will be a fantastic night of dynamic live music!

Saturday, Sept 28 -  Tyler James Arnold is ready to rock a Saturday afternoon from 3-6pm.  Tyler is a top talent with a developing fan base who plays a fantastic set list of new americana, southern rock, your older classics, and all with a feel and flavor of his bayou origins.  He masterfully lays down just the right amount of sampling that back his intricate heartfelt leads, and all with a passion for performing.  Then, folks and fans... the Frank Jones Band is back to shoot out the lights on a Saturday in Apalachicola with one of their high energy shows from 6:30-10pm.  These guys rule when it comes to blues rock, as the crowd has come to love their originals as much as their covers.  Frank leads the show, but the talent behind him is top notch and accented by Clyde on harp and keys.  Saturday Night and the Frank Jones Band...it's like a live music Reece's Peanut Butter cup!

See you at the shows!!
