As the finishing touches are being put on our new roof, we are excited about so many upcoming events that will fill our juke joint with live music merriment without the worry of interior waterfalls. This week is going to be incredible! Wednesday, Sept 25 - SPECIAL EVENT that starts at 6pm! An evening of musicians helping musicians... featuring Troy Jones, Bo and Lauren Spring, Brian Bowen and Cat Braaten. Come on out and support singer/songwriter Charlie Black who has done so much for all of us, sharing his gift of music and song. As many of you may know, Charlie is struggling with health issues and has had to cancel upcoming performances. Bo Spring has taken the reigns to organize what will be a fantastic evening of live music to help us all raise a little support and awareness for Charlie. While Bo will host the event, he brings along other fantastic songwriters to make the evening memorable, including his wife Lauren, Cat Braaten, Brian Bowen, and Troy Jones! Troy's songs have been recorded by Alan Jackson, George Strait, Kenney Chesney, Billy Currington, The Oak Ridge Boys and many others. He received a Grammy nomination for his song 'People are Crazy' which was Number One on the Billboard Chart. It was also nominated for C.M.A. and A.C.M. song of the year.
