We hope everyone survived this year's Seafood Fest, another awesome event by John Solomon and the Chamber.  We were proud to see Southern Flood, Boo Radley, and Brian Bowen represent the local music scene in the line up!!  Thanks also to Jeffrey Thomas, Chris Matechik, and Clayton Mathis who represented the local music scene on Friday night at BS for an impromptu evening of jammin'...they packed the house and lit it up on short notice..and for that we are immensely grateful!

We have a wide variety of music lined up for you as we roll into November and some cooler weather, and slide back into some BS abnormality....

Wednesday, Nov 8 - BS Open Mic hosted by Matt Gardi rolls from 6-8ish.  This weekly event has been a mainstay in local entertainment for years, and has fostered the development of numerous performers as they gain their confidence and stage presence.  All levels of talent are welcomed and appreciated.  As always, tips for performers from BS Open Mic go to charity, during the month of November we would like to help out our friends at the Panhandle Players, who are working diligently to provide the area with a great new auditorium to host their plays and other performances.

Thursday, Nov 9 - OFF THE CHAIN ALERT!! David Olney will join us from 6-8:30pm, to help us make Thursdays the new Fridays. “Americana Pioneer” singer-songwriter, stream-caster and actor DAVID OLNEY has released more than 20 albums over four decades, including his new “Don’t Try To Fight It” studio album. Mr. Olney’s music has been prominently featured in ABC-TV’s “Nashville” and his intelligent songs have been recorded by Emmylou Harris, Linda Ronstadt, Del McCoury, Tim O’Brien, Front Country, Slaid Cleaves and Steve Young, among many others. He is well-known for his energetic live performances, packed with an indelible intensity. The Philadelphia Inquirer says this about David...“The Nashville troubadour has been MAKING GRIPPING MUSIC FOR A LONG TIME. [David] Olney ROCKS WITH BLISTERING INTENSITY…but he also MESMERIZES.” David is joined by bassist Daniel Seymour, to make for a Thursday like never before.

Friday, Nov 10 - Bowery Station welcomes back the fun loving Common Taters and the Turn-ups for a Friday night of laid back musical love from 7-10pm.  Out of Tally with a show of some easy flowing covers and great originals, we always look forward to the Taters and Turn-ups.  Michael, Jan and the gang love playing and it shows...so come get in the groove Tater style.

Saturday, Nov 11 - Clayton Mathis is ready to brew up a set of  Americana, Country and Rock from 3-5pm, bringing his crowd pleasing set list and signature vocals that we have all come to appreciate, then, the Bo Spring Band hits the stage from 6:30-9:30pm.  Bo, joined by Lauren, Randon and Tim define giving it their all, both through their energy and showmanship, as well as their original tunes that get the crowd off their feet and keep them there!  Known for packing the BS house, we're excited to host these local legends once again!

Sunday, Nov 12 - Get your foot stompin' boots on as the Flathead Stringband raises a ruckus on a Sunday evening at Bowery Station from 5-8pm.  When Chris and Haden get rollin' with their oldtime music, you know it's going to be a hootin' and a hollerin' type of evening as the banjo and mandolin, great vocal harmonies are joined by clapping hands and stompin' feet!

Don't forget our full music lineup is available in real time at bowerystation.us so if you ever want to see who is playing to plan your next visit to Bowery Station, check us out online.

Bowery Station...always striving to bring you the best in new fresh live music!  See you at the Gig!
