Music lovers are gonna do flips for the variety and talent of this week's Bowery Station line up... please use the appropriate safety gear as we welcome a number of great acts from Floribama's stage, along with other greats...it will be a week to remember...

Wednesday, Nov 15 - BS Open Mic hosted by Matt Gardi rolls from 6-8ish.  This weekly event has been a mainstay in local entertainment for years, and has fostered the development of numerous performers as they gain their confidence and stage presence.  All levels of talent are welcomed and appreciated.  As always, tips for performers from BS Open Mic go to charity, during the month of November we would like to help out our friends at the Panhandle Players, who are working diligently to provide the area with a great new auditorium to host their plays and other performances.

Thursday, Nov 16 - DEBUT ALERT!  This one is a fun one, as Men of Leisure make their first appearance on the BS stage from 6-8:30pm.  Straight out of the main room of Floribama's right into the center of the Apalach music scene, these guys put on a show, mixed with risque humor and well written originals.  With hits like "Daddy was a working girl," and "I get my women at the waffle house," leave your political correctness at home.  Downtown Larry Brown, and Larry Strickland both play keyboard throughout their performances...which have the Johnny Barbato stamp of approval by the way.  This is a unique debut you won't want to miss as we continue to make Thursdays the New Fridays at Bowery Station!

Friday, Nov 17 - Ten Pound Pancake returns to Apalachicola for a jumpin' night of the best soul, funk, R&B and Rock n' roll from 7-10pm.  It's hard to sit down when Eric and the boys get rolling, with some of the most talented guitar licks, smooth vocals, and bass and percussion that can't be beat.  The perfect fit for a Friday night in Apalachicola!

Saturday, Nov 18 - Sarah Moranville is back to start off Saturday day from 3-5:00pm.  One of the best female vocalists on the Gulf Coast, Sarah brings her hauntingly smooth voice, rhythmic guitar style and popular set list out for an afternoon that will be sure to please her growing Apalach following.  Then, hold onto your beers, Johnny Barbato is out on the town for an evening of BS fun from 6:30-9:30pm.  From slide, to americana, Johnny always takes the crowd on a trip down story teller lane...Bowery Station is always blessed to have this Floribama cornerstone join us....so someone say..."Aww Sh**!"

Sunday, Nov 19 - Dothan's Dave Dale is on stage from 4-8pm, bringing his country fried rock of a solo act to life for a Sunday afternoon.  Dave has a growing fan base on the Forgotten Coast, and his show is always best enjoyed at BS with a cold OCBC beer, so come on out and shake a little booty with our buddy Dave!

Hey, don't forget that our entire live music schedule is online in realtime at www.bowerystation.us.  We appreciate all the support from our Forgotten Coast live music fans as we strive to bring great new acts to our venue, while making sure we always keep your long time favorites in the mix as well.  It's a tough job, drinking beer and listening to the best in live music, but hey, someone has to do it!
