LD defines country with a voice unparalleled in the genre regionally, and well written originals...you know when LD takes the stage because everyone tunes in. Then, Open Mic hosted by Adriane Elliott is on from 6-8ish, with all performer tips going towards Friends of the St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge in anticipation of our upcoming fundraiser on Saturday April 15th featuring the Currys! Thursday, March 30 - Thursdays are the NEW Friday! Come enjoy a showcase session featuring Kathy Jansen and Matt Gardi from 3-5pm. This unique alternating format allows for the expo of emerging talent on the BS stage. Then, we are proud to offer the debut of El Kabong from 6-8:30pm, featuring the talent of Hugh Mitchel and Brian Bowen. Friday, March 31 - From the stages of the Key West music scene, Lance Taylor travels north to debut in the Apalach music scene for a daytime show from 3-5pm. Lance offers a unique voice, smooth guitar and captivating originals that defines hanging in the old Key West haunts...a perfect fit for the BS stage. Then, tie down the roof as Southern Flood returns for a night of rock n' roll as only they can serve it from 6-9pm. Every show offers more, as their love for performing shines through every tune. It's Friday, get in early for a seat you won't want to sit in once these guys get rolling! Saturday, April 1 - It's the Art and Wine Walk, and we offer both as a stop on the tour and that's no foolin'. Dylan "Ragpicker" Allen is bringing in his crew for a show from 1-5. These guys tore up a Sunday evening recently and are ready to showcase their Art with another upbeat rockin' show. Then prepare to take a funky voyage into the swamp as Wakulla Rising returns with their high energy show from 6-9pm. It's hard to describe this bundle of talent that performs to precision a set list of tunes that is sure to get you up and hoppin'. Driving bluesy funk will fill the air in the Bowery this Saturday.... Sunday, April 2 - House favorite Slim Fatz joins us for an afternoon of blues from 2:30-4:30pm with a style that only Slim, and Slim alone can deliver. It's what Sunday afternoons are made for. Then, bring your spoons, as the Flathead String Band with guest Frank Lindamood will be filling the air from 5-8pm with that oldtime folk and bluegrass that seems to come from our souls. Chris and Haden always deliver a fun show in part due to their obvious love of the music they perform, adding Frank only sweetens the nectar! Dig in and dig it!
