Local talent Blues Connection is taking the stage at 6pm. Bino and the gang have lit it up a few times for a song or two with soulful rhythm and blues, great vocals and that old Hammond Organ sound. Bowery Station is pleased to get this home grown talent out for a full set, so come support the local music vibe. Wed - Open Mic hosted by James Frost starts at 6pm. All levels of talent are welcomed and appreciated as tips for performers will be going towards the Apalach Vol Fire Dept during the month of July Open Mic nights. Locals and tourists alike always make for a fun evening of great tunes and pleasant surprises. Thurs - Mary and Arron are back at the Bowery starting at 6pm. This exceptionally talented duo, featuring guitar and piano, smooth harmonies, and a playlist that spans the generations always has you singing along. Their previous debut performance had the crowd captivated. Fri - Bring out your washboard and have some fun, the Common Taters are lighting it up starting at 6pm. Jan and Mike always bring their love of music and life to their shows with a spirit that's contagious. Folk, Blues Grass, Rock and zydeco are the order of the day packed into some great originals. You also never know who will turnip with the taters. Sat - Tallahassee Bluesman Chris Skene, brings his smooth vocals, and masterful guitar to Bowery Station beginning at 6pm. Accompanied by bassman Kyle, the duo is one of the most solid and entertaining groups of the young crop of Tally musicians on the scene today. Giddyup Guys and Gals! That there be some BS! |
