Bowery Station Music Schedule (July 17 - 20)

As always, we at the Bowery Station live music emporium and house of joy strive to bring new and exciting acts to your hungry ears, and to that end we have a week of new BS debuts (melded of some familiar talents) lined up for you live music enthusiasts.

Here is who we are welcoming to the BS stage for their first time this week....

Wednesday, July 17 - Solesse joins us for a show from 7-10pm.  Solesse is a trio based out of Tallahassee featuring the writings and vocals of Mary Ann Hoffman of Garnet and Soul and Craig Daniel Hardin. Neal Goree brings the songs to life on guitar. Mary lends a soulful edge that compliments the Alt-Country flair brought by Neal and Craig.  We look forward to an original based show, and what these talents offer in the incarnation of Solesse!

Thursday, July 18 - The Good Little Chickens roll into town for a show from 7-10pm.  This act is a rising star in the region that is a band with a piping hot horn section that plays all kinds of music from funk, blues, motown, jazz and pop!  The youths are top talents that collectively put on a show to be remembered and combine for a high energy, fun performance whenever they step on the stage.  We are excited about having these guys debut on a Thursday night in Apalachicola.

Friday, July 19 - Revival is coming to Apalachicola for their first show at Bowery Station from 7-10pm.  We have been looking forward to this compilation of well known talents hitting our stage for a while.  Revival is packed full of your favorite talents from other acts, led by the dynamic locals of Avis Berry.  Drawing from the rich traditions of old-fashioned rock 'n' roll, blues, and gospel, Revival's mission is to perform music that nourishes and rejuvenates the human soul. This is what Avis Berry sought to do when she reached out to Jeff Davis and Dillon Bradley-Brown, former band-mates in Black Cat Bones. Together they reimagined a new union among local musicians and friends, inviting Chris Skene, Lyndon Thacker, and Allijah Motika to join the group. With soaring vocals and guitar, rich harmonies, and a sinewy, laid-back rhythm section, the group crafts a dynamic and beautiful soundscape intended to uplift and inspire.

Saturday, July 20 - The day starts off with singer/songwriter Ashley Feller performing from 3-5:30pm.  A regional favorite Ashley has a great set list of covers, but shares her well written originals as well.  She brings a contagious smile to every one of her shows and we are excited to have her back on the Bowery Station stage for what will be a great afternoon of music.  Then, while having his debut on the BS stage, this next showman is no stranger to performing.  Donovan Chapman joins us for an evening performance from 6:30-10pm.
Donovan has had numerous originals that have charted on Billboard's Hot Country, but also plays a wide variety of genres and covers.  A masterful guitar player, with a rich voice, Chapman excels at performing for the audience in front of him.  This is sure to be a great Saturday night, and we are very excited about getting this top talent onto the BS stage, as we feel he will be an example of exactly what our stage was built for, continuing to accentuate the performer centric vibe of what Bowery Station has come to be!

Once again, thank you all of you that continue to support our efforts to bring to you the best live music around.  As stated earlier, this week exemplifies our efforts to bring new acts to the stage, while continuing to keep your favorites in the rotation as well!   See you at the show!
