Oyster Cook-off proved to be a great community event this past weekend, thanks to all those who managed and assisted to make for a great weekend for a great cause.

While hard to beat last week's music lineup, it is our duty to try....looookee see....

Wed, Jan 18 - Brian Bowen pours the salt in your beer for some daytime music from 3-5pm, then Adrian Elliott hosts Open Mic from 6-8ish!  All performer tips will now be going towards Franklin County Schools Project Graduation!  Come sing, come support!

Thurs, Jan 19 - Rick Ott joins us from Sopchoppy for an evening of great music from 6-8:30pm.  It's always a pleasure to have Rick's skillful guitar, and well chosen set list grace our stage.

Friday, Jan 20 - Jenny Odom brings her sweet voice to Bowery Station to start off a full day of music from 3-5pm.  Then the Flatheads find their way to Bowery Station from 6-9pm, bringing their upbeat oldtime music that has the crowd jumping and singing along.  Chris and Haden captivate the crowd with their banjo and mandolin, sharing their joy of performing live.

Saturday, Jan 21 - Sweet Honey Hospitality is on deck form 3-5pm, bringing their smiles, uke, guitar and great voices to Bowery Station once again.  Then, strap in for a rockin' bluesy evening as the Frank Jones Band returns to Bowery Station from 6-9pm.  Those of you that missed these guys a few weeks ago have your chance to see what everyone was talking about!

Sunday, Jan 22 - Roy Schneider and Kim Mayfield are set to make your Sunday special from 5-8pm with their folk, bluegrass, and americana at Bowery Station.  Maybe we will also see a return of Dill Pickle with a little classical earlier in the day.  Last Sunday Gill Autrey surprised us with a short set of classical, and I think we may have inspired him to make it a tradition to kick off Sundays!

So there it is folks, another great week of top of the line musicians bringing their gifts and talents to Apalachicola and the stage at Bowery Station....the original ....bar in the Bowery.
