Bowery Station Music Schedule (Dec 26 - Jan 1)

posted Dec 26, 2016, 7:45 AM by Matt Gardi
Ohhh boy, where to start?  It's a full week of live music that starts today as Bowery Station opens up for even Monday and Tuesday this week.  (This week, and this week only!)

Santa was good to us with the gift of live music this week...

Monday Dec 26th - The Jenny, Alec and Hayden show opens up the live music from 2-5pm, followed up by the legendary Clayton Mathis from 6-8pm.  It's a day of Americana, wrapped up in some folk, a touch of country, all with a bow of blue grass as we celebrate the love of local live music.
Tuesday, Dec 27th - The local live vibe continues as Matt Gardi kicks it off from 2-4pm, followed up by Sam and Dave, the artists formally known as Dave Cerrato, from 4-4:45.  Then it is on as Southern Flood is back from 6-9 pm with their hard hitting rock, southern rock, and rock n rolllll!  It's a full day and evening of local live music as a tribute to your good taste, and joy of watching Shannon shake it on her Birthday!

Wednesday, Dec 28th - Open Mic hosted by Matt Gardi rolls from 6-8ish.  This particular eve always turns out to be the best of the year as everyone enjoys some holiday cheer and the best in developing and developed musicians!

Thursday, Dec 29th - Brian Bowen will be laying down the salty vibe from 3-5pm, followed up by Johnny Barbato and guest from 6-8:30pm.  It's Thursday, with great live music from start to finish, all day and into the night.  Who can argue with a Bowen/Barbato Bash???

Friday, Dec 30th - Dylan "Ragpicker" Allen brings his solo one man band show out from 3-5pm, then the Jerry Thigpen Trio hits it hard form 6-9pm with serious blues and rock n' roll for our "Not Nearly New Year's Yet" party and jamboree!  The trio always packs the house so get out early, and get in a good practice session for tomorrow!

Saturday, Dec 31st NEW YEAR'S EVE! - There is no break in the goods this week as Cat Braaten brings her incredible voice out for an afternoon of the best our area has to offer from 2-5pm.  Then, light up your New Year's eve with Turtlefoot from 8-12:05am!  Matt Law, Ron Merritt and the gang always put on a fantastic show, capped off with a complimentary toast of the Champagne of beers, Miller High simply doesn't get any better than that!

But hold on you die hards....

Sunday, January 1st - Dave Dale takes on your hangovers with hair of the doggy Dave from 4-8pm.  Yes, yes, we may have a bowl game on here and there as well....but Dave Dale will be sure to ease you into New Year's Day right...

So, then it's onto 2017 with a vengence...always remember you can view our up to the minute live music schedule by clicking here!

See ya at the gig!
