Bowery Station Music Schedule (April 25 - 29)

Sometimes after a live music jamboree like last week you have to pinch yourself and ask, "Was I dreaming, or did all that talent really play in one week at Bowery Station?"  Then reality sets in, and you realize that yes indeed, it was real...AND...it will all happen again with the dawn of a new week!

Like take this week for example....

Wednesday, April 25 - BS Open Mic rolls from 6-8ish.  Get on up on stage as all levels of talent are welcomed and appreciated.  Often imitated, never duplicated, BS Open Mic has always been a magical evening of sharing and developing musical talent.  The point is to grow and challenge yourselves as musicians...and that you do!  As always, tips for performers from BS Open Mic go to charity, and this week we will be raising money for the Cricket Fund Beyond Diagnosis that helps treat underprivileged women in Franklin and Gulf counties, leading up to our Chickfest 2018 on May 11 and 12th!  So come on out and belt out a tune or two for a great cause and great fun.

Thursday, April 26 - The Currys join us for one of their knock out performances from 6-9pm as we continue to make Thursdays the New Friday! Three part vocal harmonies, and dynamic originals, accompanied by some of the most talented strings with a percussive style that has everyone tapping their feet will be the order of the day.  Regional favorites that always pack the house, the homegrown Currys come home to their roots, returning from their national touring to entertain their local groupies!  Get in early for a seat... as we are sure it will be a full house.

Friday, April 27 - Dylan "Ragpicker" Allen returns for an afternoon show from 3-5:30pm.  This young talent puts his heart in every performance, and few can put on such an energy packed solo performance.  Intricate guitar riffs, combined with his own percussion, natural showman Dylan captures the audience through a well chosen set list that spans the generations.  Then, Boo Radley is set to light up a Friday Night from 7-10pm.  An Apalach favorite, Patty and Michael captivate the audience with their well written songs, and amazing vocal harmonies, backed by Michael's top level guitar. Boo always puts their heart into their performance and share their life experiences and inspiration with the audience creating what we have defined as a music "appreciation" room environment!

Saturday, April 28 - Debut Alert! Jeb Tabb plays his first show on the BS stage from 3-5pm.  Jeb brings his Georgia roots to his performances with solid vocals for an afternoon of Americana, so come on out and give an Apalach welcome to Jeb for his debut.  Then, heading into the evening we welcome back the Wailin' Wolves from 6:30-9:30pm.  Led by notably one of the most dynamic vocalists Brittany Widener, the Wailin' Wolves are a popular band that are known to keep people dancing all night long. The Wailin' Wolves offer a guitar led show featuring a tight rhythm section. They offer a great variety of tunes ranging from soul shaking raspy blues to modern alternative variations.  So come on out and shake your Saturday!!

Sunday, April 29 -  Come on out for a great Sunday Apres Boat or Apres Beach with the dynamic duo of Sticky Too coming in for an afternoon of tunes from 5-8:30pm.  Tim and Jay are both great vocalist, and both can jam the guitar for what is sure to be a rockin' afternoon and evening.

Thanks again for being part of the Bowery Station family, and supporting our efforts to bring Apalachicola and the Forgotten Coast a wide array of live music for your hungry ears, and dancing feet!  As always, we couldn't do it without you!!!

See you at the show!
